How do we replaced the battery on your Galaxy S8 ?

The back glass covers the battery. We need to slightly heat it up on the special mat and remove the glass. Then we need to remove the old battery which is strongly attached to the inner frame. To guarantee your satisfaction, we repair your phone in our store, using our own professional equipment. The repair process is the same as Samsung performs in their repair centres. Parts which we use are Samsung highest quality available on the market. Even the fitting adhesive is the simillar which they use when assembling their phones!

About the repair process.

Our technicians will repair your phone while you wait, if it is possible. In most cases the repair doesn’t take longer than 1 hour including testing your Galaxy S8 with the new battery after repair. If you choose to send it for online repair, we will return your phone within few days or the next day if you have select the priority repair. Expect perfect results when you get your phone back !

We test your phone after we fix it.

Your Galaxy S8 will be carefully tested after repair. The test includes the new battery and the back glass fitting but also we will confirm that the phone gets charge ans shows the battery percentage going up. Once you get your phone back, we kindly ask you to test it again.

Does your Galaxy S8 have additional damage that you don’t wish to fix ?

If your phone has broken back glass, camera lens or any other issues but you don’t want to fix it, please let us know ! If the back glass is already broken, as we have to access the phone trough the back this may break even further. Be aware of this. Please mention in notes any issues you have with the phone. If we notice any damage that was not mentioned, we will need to contact you first to explain you this again and get your permission. This may cause some delays. Note, that those additional issues we may offer you to fix it at greatly reduced prices.

Regarding  waterproof mobile phones.

Please note although we use highest quality parts and bonding material, we don’t consider any mobile phone to be waterproof after the repair as this is a subject to manufacturer’s internal tests when they assemble devices in their factories. Although we hope that the repair should restore the waterproofness, we don’t guarantee and don’t take any responsibilities. Use the service only if you agree with this.
