Back glass broken on your iPhone 11 ? We know how to fix it !

If your iPhone 11 has the back glass cracked, get it replaced before it exposes the internals of the phone. The service includes parts and labour. The camera lens is not part of the back glass repair. Please let us know the colour of the phone when you order the service.

About the repair process.

iPhone 11 repair process starts with pre-heating the back glass on the special plate. It melts the glue a bit so removing the broken glass is easier and safer. We are very careful not to damage any components that are hidden under the back glass.

To guarantee your satisfaction, we replace the back glass panel with the high quality part. The mounting point is a double sided adhesive, exactly the same as iPhone uses and that guarantees the perfect fit.

Our technicians will repair your phone while you wait, if it is possible. In most cases the repair doesn’t take longer than 3 hours including testing your iPhone 11 after repair. If you have sent it in for online repair, we will return your phone within few days or the next day if you have selected priority repair. Expect perfect results when you get your phone back !

Your iPhone 11 will be carefully tested after repair. The test includes the new back glass fitting but also we confirm other functions to work properly after we assembled the phone back (speaker and the microphone, network range, calling funciton, front camera, charging, speakers, Wifi). After you receive the phone back, we kindly ask you to test it again.

Does your iPhone 11 have additional damage that you don’t wish to fix ?

If your phone has broken front glass, camera lens or any other issues but you don’t want to fix it, please let us know ! If your back is already broken, we have to access the phone trough the back that may break even more. Be aware of this. Please mention in notes any issues you have with the phone. If we notice any damage that was not mentioned, we will need to contact you first to explain you this again and get your permission. This may cause some delays. Note, that those additional issues we may offer you to fix it at greatly reduced prices.

Regarding  waterproof mobile phones.

Please note although we use highest quality parts and bonding material, we don’t consider any mobile phone to be waterproof after the repair as this is a subject to manufacturer’s internal tests when they assemble devices in their factories. Although we hope that the repair should restore the waterproofness, we don’t guarantee and don’t take any responsibilities. Use the service only if you agree with this.
