Consider this repair more as a thorough cleaning and inspection service. No guarantee that your iPad will be repaired, but simply that it is cleaned and fully tested. If the repair requires replacement parts, those will be additionally charged.  1. We disassemble the iPad first and prepare motherboard with other affected parts for special cleaning 2. Next, we wash the motherboard using ultrasonic cleaner with special liquid designed for electronic devices, later we check it with microscope that it is cleaned (we repeat the process if needed) 3. Later, we run a diagnostic to determine if the iPad powers on and if there are any issues 4. If the iPad still does not work, we check what could be done to fix it and prepare you the quote 5. Once you agree to proceed, we continue the repair (may take up to few days) 6. We can still try to retrieve your data even if the iPad cannot be repaired, please ask   We need 1-2 days to complete the water damage cleaning process. In many cases this service fixes your device. Once the cleaning and inspection service has been completed, the fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the tablet has been repaired or not.

Diagnostic charge only applies if you don’t follow with the repair. 1. We will run your iPad through a set of tests to find problems and estimate the cost of repair 2. Diagnostics may take anything between 1 hour and 3 days 3. The task is being performed by the dedicated technician in our Store 4. We suggest you send an email mentioning the iPad and the problem-related 5. If your device is not repairable you can choose to sell it for parts. Ask us directly 6. 6 months warranty for parts and labour on the iPad repair   Please be advised, there is a risk of breaking the screen during the process of opening up your device. Should this happen, we need to add the cost of the replacement part (please contact us for the cost). You may also decide not to follow with the repair if this happens.
